Christie’s office sub-let in St James

AGL have let 9,395 sq ft of offices in St James’s Square to Garner Plc. 

These offices were occupied by Christie’s the auctioneers who have now moved back into their head office space following the extensive refurbishment of 5-7 King Street. The surplus space at ground floor level  was let for the remaining 3 years of Christie’s lease at £50 per sq ft after the expiry of a rent free period.
