New Management Instructions Secured

AGL, as part of their ongoing relationship with Oakwood Group and US based Harbor Group International, has secured new property and asset management instructions for the 25,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s Supermarket in Boscombe, Bournemouth and the 10,000 sq ft office building 27 Austin Friars, London EC2.

AGL advised Sainsbury’s on the 2007 rent review at Boscombe and is now in negotiations to re-gear the lease.
