Oakwood Group Purchases London Office Investment

The Oakwood Group have purchased Lorraine Hewitt House in Brixton from The Regents Trust based in Geneva.  The office is let to the South London & Maudsley NHS Trust on a 20 year lease with annual fixed uplifts.

AGL acted for the purchaser, while Davis Coffer Lyons represented The Regents Trust.
