Tower Ramparts Shopping Centre, Ipswich

  Following the purchase of the centre by LaSalle Investment Management, AGL were subsequently appointed joint retail agents.  Tower Ramparts is a covered scheme comprising approx 128,000 sq ft of retail space and tenants include Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, and Boots to name but a few. The centre provides the principle link between Tavern Street (one of the main pedestrianised streets in Ipswich)  and the bus station for the town centre.
