A few years ago the German Economy was in recession. The country's situation had many parallels to the UK's economy in the late 70's and early 80's.
AGL through its German network was able to identify a number of investment and development opportunities mainly in the retail sector. Consequently we have been able to assist investors such as Apollo Real Estate Advisers, Capital & Regional, Fairacre Properties, Liberty Land, Belgravia Group and others to invest in portfolios, joint ventures and developments amounting to some €1.25bn.
We continue to advise on investment in all sectors as well as assisting in the realisation of developments such as the "Shopping Cité" Shopping Centre in Baden-Baden sold to Henderson Global Investors early in 2007.
