James Andrew

James is Managing Director of AGL and has worked in the commercial property industry for over 30 years. James’s career has traversed occupational and investment experience originally with Donaldsons, then to the client side with roles as Head of Acquisitions at Pizza Hut (UK) Ltd, Property Director for Cannons Health & Fitness, UK Managing Director at Ameristar Casinos Inc. and establishing successful specialist investment vehicles for the purpose of advising domestic and overseas investors seeking to acquire UK assets.

James has extensive knowledge of the retail and leisure occupier /investment market in the UK and has worked throughout Germany and Holland, utilising his experience in the occupational sector.

Whilst responsible for Fund and Asset Management and working with the investment team on specific mandates, James also provides advice to a range of retained clients in the leisure sector from gaming to fitness and padel tennis as well as strategic advice to landlords in this sector.

James spends his down time travelling with his family and pursuing a range of sports with his children and trying to maintain his golf handicap.
