Jonathan Speer

Jonathan joined AGL in March 2017 as a director within the professional team. Former national director at JLL, Jonathan has 22 years of landlord and tenant experience with particular expertise in shopping centres, and has advised on a number of major regional UK centres for property companies and institutional investors in recent years.

Jonathan is responsible for building upon existing High Street and shopping centre investor client relationships with a view to expanding AGL’s professional team going forward. He brings a wealth of experience in the shopping centre market helping AGL maximise the value of retail assets for clients.
